In 2016, Luke Stankavage was one of only a select group of players from the entire state of North Carolina to be invited to the CP3 Rising Stars Camp. This invitation-only event for high school freshmen is one of the nation’s elite youth basketball camps, and only considers the top soon-to-be-freshmen in the country. Currently, Luke Stankavage is a combo guard for Ardrey Kell High School varsity men’s basketball team in Charlotte, North Carolina, and ranks among the top players on the team. Luke’s scoring ability is the foundation of his game, and his savvy playing skills make up for what he lacks in sheer size and speed.
Luke Stankavage is also a dedicated student, consistently holding a 4-plus GPA and boasting 1390 SAT and 29 ACT scores. He’s a member of the student leadership council and the National Honor Society. His skills on the court have already attracted the attention of recruiting analysts, and he’s far from reaching his potential. A knee injury sidelined him for a period in 2017, but he’s now back on the court and in top form.
